Then apply a thin even coat of white lithium grease to the inside of the throttle sleeve and on the outside of the handlebar. The bike has been sitting for about two weeks. With the engine off, twist the throttle to wide open throttle and let go of the throttle grip.
My bike is fly by wire so there are no throttle cables.
If not, the return cable is too tight. Quick video taken on my phone about an issue on my 1981 kz550 ltd. Any help would be greatly appreciated. So then a friend and i checked the old cables, one of them appeared to be warped (the close cable) so we replaced both cables that came in a pair. With the engine off, twist the throttle to wide open throttle and let go of the throttle grip. My bike is fly by wire so there are no throttle cables.
